Onsite HR Partner, 9-Month FTC, East Midlands

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on a fixed-term basis for the East Midlands Campus. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with onsite presence across sites within the campus.

You will work closely with the PXT team to drive data-driven HR initiatives, coach leaders, and support standard HR processes while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.
