Onsite Customer Service & Facilities Support

Mason's Meats Limited is seeking a proactive onsite role at our Crowborough jerky factory. You will own day-to-day online customer service and act as a facilities assistant, supporting Production and Logistics.

Written English must be excellent, and you will be the main contact for customers on the floor. You'll handle emails and inquiries with care, assist with goods in/out, and help keep the site safe, tidy and efficient.
