Online Store Assistant - Fast-Paced Customer Support

Sainsbury's Group is hiring an Online Assistant to support customers ordering online, pick and prepare items, and manage substitutions when needed. You'll work in our stores with early starts and in a fast-paced, physical environment, helping customers and ensuring a joyful shopping experience online.

Full training will be provided, with opportunities to learn new digital tools and develop product knowledge, as you support Home Delivery and in-store pick operations.
