Online sales Assistant

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organised Online Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of online sales, customer enquiries, orders, product listings and stock information .

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and orders through email, online chat and social media
• Process online sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for delivery
• Maintain and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected online
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Work with the marketing team to support online promotions and special offers
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Follow company policies, procedures and relevant industry requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration, online sales or customer service is desirable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good IT skills and confidence using online sales platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £31,300 - £32,000 yearly
