Online Delivery Operations Manager

Our Winterstoke Road Store in Bristol is seeking an online store manager to lead the in store online picking and delivery operations. You'll coach a large team of shoppers and drivers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for both online and in store customers.

The role requires proven line management in a fast paced setting, a strong customer-service ethos, and a track record of meeting KPIs with effective performance and disciplinary handling. Salary progresses with store size and location.
