Online Delivery & Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Blackpole Store in Worcester is recruiting for an experienced online store manager. You will oversee the online picking and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience both online and in-store, with early start times from 04:00 to 08:00 for picking operations.

Leading a busy team, you will coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and collaborate with adjacent store managers to deliver excellent shopping experiences and achieve KPIs.
