Planning, organizing and providing care that meets quality standards, in line with the institution's care charter, protocols and procedures. What we offer you: A reference structure specialized in home care that pays particular attention to care quality and proximity. Care rounds in a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot. Continuous day, evening or split shifts. To succeed fully in this position, you stand out by the following qualities and skills: You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition; You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse; You have a successful first experience in oncology service or HAD; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network; You are organized, flexible and adaptable; You are comfortable with tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable cycling; You are not afraid of independently managing emergencies, and you are in control of your emotions; You demonstrate great ease and discretion; Your criminal record is clean.
