Position Overview:We invite you to become a key contributor to the UK Oncology Business Unit in the role of Learning and Capability Development Manager. This position is essential in shaping the proficiency and expertise of our Sales, Medical, and Diagnostic field force teams. You will spearhead the creation and delivery of comprehensive scientific training programs, ensuring our teams possess a robust understanding of therapy areas, adhering to ABPI standards for all customer-facing functions.
