Onboarding & Right-to-Work Compliance Coordinator

Essential Employment in Coventry is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator for a temporary assignment. You will contact employees and perform Right to Work checks to support audit of employee files, ensuring RTW documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You will upload documentation, maintain records on HR systems, identify gaps in RTW communications (e.g., sponsorship letters), and apply UK RTW legislation to ensure compliance.
