Onboarding Analyst

We are working with a leading payments company that is expanding its onboarding team and looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join the business.

In this role, you will be a key part of the team, conducting KYC, performing risk assessments, and handling personal customer applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct customer due diligence and risk assessments in line with AML regulations.
• Review client information, documentation, and ownership structures.
• Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
• Identify and escalate risk indicators based on customer profiles and transactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve onboarding issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process improvements.

About You

• Experience in KYC/CDD within a financial services environment.
• Excellent understanding of regulations within AML and Financial Crime.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
