Onboard Rail Guard: Safety & Service Leader

South Western News UK is hiring a Guard to ensure customer safety and provide excellent service onboard trains. The primary role includes managing the train's operational safety, assisting passengers, and exceeding customer expectations.

Successful candidates will work average 37 hours over 4.5 days per week and must be adaptable to change. The starting salary is £27,941, with progression to £40,292 after training completion.
