On-Site HR Manager: People & Operations Leader

Sirius-Search is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the function on-site at East Kent, working hands-on across manufacturing, distribution and operations. The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of £50,000-£55,000 DOE and onsite parking.

You will oversee payroll with an HR Assistant, provide practical HR advice to managers, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while developing people processes and engagement across the site.
