On-Site HR Coordinator for Major Infrastructure Projects

EKFB is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the People team, supporting HR across projects. The role involves onboarding, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and HR data reporting, with close work to HR Partners and site managers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include inductions, compliance checks, employee relations support, and handling HR queries. On-site work at various sites in Aylesbury and at the Head Office in Milton Keynes is required.
