On Site HR Business Partner People & Union Relations Leader

DHL Germany is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to operate on-site in Bedford with travel to other sites. You will partner with senior leaders to drive engagement and practical people solutions for 500+ colleagues, handling ER matters and championing a positive workplace culture.

Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment, union relationship skills, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. CIPD qualification or ongoing study is preferred.
