On-Site Call Centre Agent - Uncapped Commission & Benefits

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is recruiting a Call Centre Representative in Redditch for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle inbound enquiries, book appointments for the field sales team, and deliver a consistently positive caller experience.

With 40-hour weeks, a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000), you'll join a supportive team and receive training and development to hit targets and build customer relationships.
