On-Call Firefighter: Rapid Response & Training

Fire Authority For Northern Ireland in Portstewart is inviting applications for the On-Call Firefighter position at Portstewart Fire Station. A rewarding opportunity, successful applicants will play a critical role in protecting the community while receiving training and developing various skills.

To fulfill the requirements, candidates must respond to emergency calls within 5 minutes and maintain physical fitness, attending a mandatory 2-hour drill each week. This role is open to those currently employed, provided they can respond during core times.
