Omni-Channel Branch Experience Champion

Permanent TSB in Navan is seeking a Branch Customer Experience Champion to support daily branch operations and help drive business objectives. You will work with the Branch Lead to deliver excellent customer service while promoting the bank's Omni-Channel approach and local promotional activities.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a background in sales or customer service within a regulated environment, and knowledge of retail financial products.
