What will you be doing?
As a Oil Laboratory Technician for BES Asset Reliability, you will be supporting with laboratory operations by preparing samples, conducting routine tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The Laboratory Technician plays a vital role in delivering accurate and timely results that support quality assurance and operational efficiency.
You will:
Prepare oil samples for analysis.
Perform routine laboratory testing following standard operating procedures.
Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Record test results accurately.
Assemble kits for customers and dispatch in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of consumables and laboratory supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Support the analysts and manager with more complex testing as required.
Perform any other tasks associated with the smooth operation of the business as required.
