Ofsted Registered Home Manager - Lead Children's Care

Bayleaf Care Ltd. in Tamworth, Staffordshire, is seeking an Ofsted Registered Home Manager to lead our children's home. You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2001 and Quality Care Standards 2015, and drive the day-to-day operation, staff management, and governance.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £50,000-£55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
