Offshore Wind Farm Operations Lead

SSE plc is seeking an Offshore Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm, on a rotational offshore schedule. You will direct maintenance, guide offshore teams and ensure safety and high performance across all activities.

This permanent, full-time role requires proven offshore leadership, experience with contractors, and strong planning to maximise turbine availability and minimise downtime. Offshore medical and GWO training are required or must be obtained.
