The role involves acting as the key contact for offshore personnel, managing logistics, payroll, and HR matters. You will ensure compliance with training regulations and facilitate personnel movements. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics/crew management and be fluent in English. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HRIS. A valid offshore certification is also a prerequisite.
