Office Team Lead: Customer Care & Sales

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito, seeks an Office Supervisor for Perth & Kinross to lead an office team delivering exceptional service to our mainly elderly customers. Based at our Perth depot, you will supervise tasks, coach staff, and drive KPI performance while using CRM to grow the customer base.

You will coordinate with the Depot and Retail Operations Managers to implement strategy, manage rotas, and ensure high standards of health, safety and audit compliance.
