Office Supervisor: Lead Team & Elevate Customer Care

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking an Office Supervisor in Blandford Forum to lead the office team, deliver outstanding customer service by phone and email, and support the Retail Sales and Operations Manager in achieving exceptional performance.

You will be central to maintaining high service levels for our elderly customers, using Dynamics CRM to grow our customer base and coordinating with depot leadership to execute the company strategy.
