Job Description
- Plan and execute the end-to-end office move project within agreed time-lines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless relocation process.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including risk assessment and contingency measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during the move.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
- Manage the allocation and installation of office equipment and IT infrastructure at the new location.
- Oversee the decommissioning of the current office space, ensuring proper disposal of materials.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations throughout the project life cycle.
