Job Description
About Tray.ai

Tray.ai is the creator of Merlin Agent Builder - the fastest way to build and deploy high-value AI agents without constraints. Built on our composable AI integration platform, it combines connectivity, data integration, governance, and scalability so enterprises can run AI agents across their entire stack.

We're solving one of the biggest challenges in AI: how to move beyond isolated AI features to orchestrated AI that works everywhere it's needed. Our customers use the Tray platform to integrate and automate their most critical processes, deploy production-ready agents in weeks instead of months, and keep governance and security under control at scale.

At Tray.ai, you'll work on technology that's defining how enterprises adopt AI. We're a team that values curiosity, clear thinking, and getting things done. Here, you will collaborate with smart, driven people to tackle complex problems, and see the real-world impact of your work.

Overview

We're looking for an Office Manager to become the heartbeat of Tray's London office. This role is about much more than keeping the lights on - it's about creating a space where people love to work, feel supported, and enjoy the culture that makes Tray special.

As the go-to person for all things office, you'll combine organisation with creativity: making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly, while also keeping the energy and fun high. From ensuring the tech works without a hitch, to greeting new hires, to planning events that bring people together - you'll be at the centre of it all.

What you'll do
  • Be the go-to person in the office, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate meetings (ensuring people have the meeting spaces they need), booking travel/accommodation, and other logistics when needed.

  • Organise events for R&D and the London office (i.e. trivia nights, board game nights, holiday themed lunches etc.) that bring people together and build culture.

  • Manage events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is covered and everything runs smoothly - one of our most important events in London is the bi annual R&D Summit, the organisation and execution of which will be owned by the Office Manager, working closely with R&D Leadership.

  • Own people and culture initiatives, offering creative solutions where appropriate.

  • Keep supplies stocked and make sure that the little things (like lunches and snacks!) are taken care of.

  • Welcome new hires and visiting Trayers from overseas, helping them feel right at home from day one, making sure they have everything they need.

  • Work with the Finance and People team to manage the office budget.

  • Partner with IT to ensure all office technology is working effectively for meetings etc.

  • Own the office layout - work with Wework staff to oversee maintenance.

  • Creating and sending feedback surveys to Trayers after events and relevant company meetings.

  • Be the point person for culture and engagement in the London office, driving positivity, energy, and fun.

What we're looking for
  • Super organised, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

  • Approachable, people focused, and able to build relationships across the company.

  • Positive energy - someone who lifts the mood, brings the team together, and makes the office a place people want to be.

  • Excellent communicator - engaging, clear, and approachable while always staying professional.

  • Strong problem solver - resourceful, adaptable, and quick to find practical solutions, whether it's a last minute event change, a tech hiccup, or a supplier issue.

  • Comfortable working independently.

  • Flexible and happy to muck in - no job is too small, whether it's setting up an event, ordering lunches, or pitching in wherever needed.

  • A self starter who spots what needs doing and gets it done.

  • Experience in an office management, admin, or culture focused role is a big plus.

Why you'll love it here

At Tray, we believe work should be rewarding, collaborative, and (yes!) fun. As Office Manager, you'll play a huge role in shaping the London office experience and keeping our culture alive. You'll be trusted with real responsibility and given the flexibility to make the role your own.

Your team will fully support you to do your best work

Our team is humble but spirited people who take immense pride in their work. We work in a culture built on friendship, transparency, and above all, looking out for one another.

The heart of Tray is made of generosity and trust. It is a community built on individual interactions between people who think differently; who are always available to help, to answer questions, and to empower. You'll have endless opportunities to learn and grow in a fun, fast paced, and open environment. We love to achieve things that haven't been done before.

We believe in diversity and equal opportunity

We believe that in building diversity, we build strength. We encourage all to apply, and we do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. We will ensure that people with disabilities are reasonably accommodated to participate in the job application or interview process.
