Job Description
Office Manager
Location: South West England (Hybrid)
Hours: Fully Flexible (part time)

I'm supporting a small, fast-growing tech company in the South West, who are looking for an Office Manager to support the Senior Leadership Team and help ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day.

The Role This is a key operational position involving office management, administration, finance support, compliance, and people coordination. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure an organised, efficient, and positive working environment. The business offers genuine flexibility, including school-hours working and hybrid arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and improve systems and processes
  • Manage suppliers, contracts, and operational budgets
  • Coordinate onboarding, internal comms, diary management and team support
  • Handle payroll, bank reconciliation, and financial admin
  • Maintain compliance (insurance & data protection)
  • Provide admin support for proposals, reports, and project delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in office management, operations, HR or business support
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working at a senior operational level
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Experience wirth ERP systems
  • Positive, outgoing, proactive personality
  • Understanding of consultancy or public-sector environments (desirable)
