We are a city centre opticians seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our store support & contact lens team.This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing team coordination, and ensuring a smooth, efficient workplace.The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to fostering a productive office atmosphere. Your leadership will help streamline processes, support team needs, and uphold high standards of organizational excellence

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Office Manager.These include:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles
- Supervising experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong background in human resources practices and office procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable financial management tools
- Demonstrated clerical, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-plus strong phone etiquette
- Previous office experience that highlights multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
