Job Description

You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Slough in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people's lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for managingfacilities to a high standard and help to present Skanska as a highly professional and well organised company. Be the single point of contact with the co-working company and organise access to the project team.

As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Set up the administration processes for the site and project, maintain these and make sure all staff are aware of them.
  • Manage office logistics including office set up, seating plans, office equipment, organising IT and arranging access for staff and visitors.
  • Maintaining the general upkeep of the site office to a high standard and making sure all staff have the required equipment and facilities available to complete their roles and that it is safe for use.
  • Leading or assisting with both site safety tours and site audits as and when required.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to facilitate meetings, taking minutes when required and manage the meeting room schedule for the office.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience of excellent teamwork skills and also able to work as an individual.
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills with office management experience is preferable.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skill.
