Job Description

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support the efficient running of the office and provide administrative support to the wider team.

Located in Dublin 15 - this is a full time on site position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day office operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly
  • Coordinate office space requirements, including layout changes
  • Provide administrative support to management and senior management team
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff joining the office
  • Oversee and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems
  • Manage office service agreements and supplier relationships
  • Organise and maintain data, spreadsheets, reports, and office documentation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge of utilising various software systems
  • Attention to detail, prioritise workloads and assist with ad hoc administrative requests
