Description WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for an Office Manager on a Part-Time basis to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London office, near Cannon Street. You will be responsible for supporting our team and contributing to a welcoming and efficient workspace. You will be the key point of contact for our team, visitors, and external guests, supporting our culture and company values in everything you do. The working pattern for this role will be part-time, Tuesday to Thursday, 10 am - 2 pm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Maintain a well-organised, safe, and efficient office for our team and guests.
  • Act as the go-to person for office and facilities queries, managing vendors, and building management.
  • Manage and own guest access and coordination of meeting rooms for employees and guests.
  • Manage office keys and access cards for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Order and maintain supplies, equipment, kitchen items, and workplace resources, ensuring everything is in good order and ready for use.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining first aid kits and fire safety measures.
  • Liaise with IT partners to coordinate local equipment needs for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Organise occasional social events for employees and visiting Executives.
  • Organise food catering for local teams and manage and coordinate catering for special events.
  • Occasional project work and administrative support for other departments as needed.

WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Previous experience in a similar Office Management role within a Software, Hardware, or related IT focused company.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in GSuite and Office Suite. Knowledge of Macs and PCs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
LOCATION
This role will be office-based at our London Office, EC4R 3TE. The role will be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). The hours will be 10 am - 2 pm.
