Office Manager

Office Manager - London Location:
Central London Working Pattern:
4 days per week in-office and one day WFH
Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations in a vibrant London office, while also supporting facilities coordination across additional UK locations, including Leeds and Lincoln. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth daily operations of the London office, acting as the main liaison with building management and service providers.
  • Support the Group Office & Facilities Manager with coordination and oversight of other UK offices.
  • Monitor and manage the office budget, including procurement of supplies and remote working equipment in line with company policy.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked and maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist senior leadership with monthly expense submissions and travel bookings, including international arrangements.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support logistics for internal meetings and events.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of company-wide events and office relocations.
  • Support internal initiatives related to employee engagement, social events, and diversity & inclusion.


  • What We're Looking For:
  • Solid experience in office management, ideally within a multi-site or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and solutions-focused mindset - no task is too big or too small.
  • Confident in managing suppliers and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using technology and office systems to streamline operations.
