Job Description

Join a leading global construction partner delivering high-specification, turnkey projects across critical sectors. Our client is setting up operations in Austria and they are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team in Vienna, Austria.

This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and cleanliness.

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodations, expense tracking, and project code assignments.

  • Support IT setup, onboarding processes, and staff administrative needs.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and team activities.

  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management for office-related matters.


About You

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager role within the construction industry

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable using MS Office and office management tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.

  • Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable in a technical or construction environment.
