Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager for an Asset Manager in Zurich.

Office Manager - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

  • Manage administrative processes, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

  • Support HR, finance, and compliance teams as required.

  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swiss German and English is essential.

  • French is a strong advantage.

  • Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in finance or asset management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
