Your new role includes:

• Managing all assigned projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to the stakeholder's objectives.
• Maintaining a commercially focused mindset to ensure that project objectives are met within budget, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and deliver value without compromising quality or project timelines.
• Using established practices, templates, policies, tools and relationships throughout the life-cycle of the project.
• Preparing project submittals as required including door schedules, ironmongery specifications, site reports.
• Participating in project management team meetings and ensure project information is kept up to date regularly.
• Co-ordinating and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that all have timely and accurate information.

Experience you need:

• Recognized program management qualification.
• 5 years construction or Project Manager's experience.
• Qualification or Experience in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ideally have door and window experience.
• Experience with estimating/project management/managing specialty scopes of construction.
