Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, with a particular focus on processing invoices and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries professionally
- Monitor and respond to emails as required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly and supportive team environment
- On-site free parking
Pay: Up to £12.25 dependent on age and experience
