Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, with a particular focus on processing invoices and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries professionally
  • Monitor and respond to emails as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
