Job Description

We are seeking a warm, engaging, proactive, and highly organised Office Assistant / Receptionist to join a growing and dynamic global organisation on a temporary basis. Our client is at the forefront of AI, amazing offices, and fabulous perks! Based in stunning offices in the heart of the city, this role will be critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace and delivering an exceptional experience for employees and visitors alike.

Please note this is an ongoing temporary role to cover various holidays across the office over the summer.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience
  • Preparing meeting rooms ahead of internal and external meetings and events
  • Clearing and resetting meeting rooms throughout the day
  • Supporting the coordination of regular office events
  • Monitoring and restocking kitchen and breakout areas
  • Ordering and coordinating team lunches twice per week
About You
  • Previous reception, hospitality, office support, or workplace experience preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with people at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
