Job DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly and organised Office & Reception Coordinator to join our welcoming team at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers Manchester Central Hub.This full-time role offers a supportive environment and built-in flexibility, making it ideal for anyone seeking a balanced position that fits well around other commitments.Duties Include:
- Welcome visitors, manage signing-in, provide refreshments.
- Manage parking calendar and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Communication: Share company and office-wide updates.
- Provide updates to senior management.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with landlord, building managers, contractors, and cleaners.
- Share building-related updates internally.
- New Starter On boarding: Welcome new starters and provide office tours.
- Prepare passes, stationery, and equipment.
- Office Maintenance & Supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain office, kitchen, and staff areas.
- Manage stock and refreshments.
- Health & Safety: Coordinate H&S and fire requirements.
- Maintain first aid kits and training records.
- Liaise with building management after fire drills.
- Administration: Manage document archiving, incoming/outgoing post.
- Order supplies and schedule interviews.
- Support office and social events.
- Values & Conduct: Maintain a positive, flexible attitude and strong work ethic.
