Job Description

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a reputable and established construction company, in the recruitment of an Office Administrator to join their team in Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that continues to expand, with strong opportunities for career development and an early finish every Friday.

The Office Administrator will provide valuable support across the business, taking responsibility for the company's document management system, uploading and maintaining paperwork, communicating with subcontractors, assisting with procurement, and ensuring key information is accurately recorded. Main duties will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including engineers and senior management, dealing with queries, requests, and the retrieval of relevant documentation.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transport transfers.
  • Assisting with procurement by confirming costs, delivery schedules, and specific service requirements.
  • Providing general administrative support across the office, including ordering supplies, updating records, and responding to day-to-day requests.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working efficiently within a busy and varied environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role, although candidates who are confident in their organisational and communication abilities and can demonstrate the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment will also be considered. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities, and confident coordinating multiple tasks. Strong IT skills are also essential.

The role offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£29,000, depending on experience, alongside Monday to Friday working hours, an early finish every Friday, and on-site parking.

If you require any support or reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process due to a disability, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

Honeycomb is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
