Job Description
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Office Administrator in Dublin 22.
This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, maintenance, and dealing with vendors.
- Assist with diary and calendar management for technicians.
- Provide support for various projects.
- Assist in document and presentation production.
- Perform bookkeeping duties using Sage 50 and excel for creditors.
- Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and post as necessary.
- Support the Directors with administrative tasks as required.
- Health and Safety administration for internal documents.
- Handle general ad-hoc and administrative duties.
- Experience with Sage 50 accounts software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
