The RoleAs a Part-Time Office Administrator / PA, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently while providing excellent support to both customers and colleagues.
Your Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
- Process invoices, purchase orders and other office documentation.
- Assist with filing, scanning and general office administration.
- Support the wider team with diary management, scheduling and office organisation.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Provide general administrative support to help the business run efficiently.
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator, PA, Administrator or similar office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Professional, reliable and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Salary up to £23,400.
