The Role

As a Part-Time Office Administrator / PA, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently while providing excellent support to both customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and other office documentation.
  • Assist with filing, scanning and general office administration.
  • Support the wider team with diary management, scheduling and office organisation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Provide general administrative support to help the business run efficiently.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, PA, Administrator or similar office support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • Professional, reliable and approachable with a positive attitude.
  • Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
