Overview

You would be responsible for phone answering, daily banking, booking and dealing with customer calls and queries. Also assisting the accounts department and responding to the enquiries email.

Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Assist with daily banking tasks
  • Book and manage customer calls and queries
  • Assist the accounts department
  • Respond to enquiries received by email
Required Skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word and Excel)
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good phone manner with a cheerful personality
  • Ability to get on with people is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
