Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation and technical development for large-scale organisations
• Expert-level knowledge in Odoo technical development, customisation, and architecture with minimum 5+ years hands-on experience (Mandatory)
• Experience with Odoo module development, Python programming, and PostgreSQL databases
• Proven experience in Odoo integration with third-party systems and APIs
• Knowledge of business process analysis and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience with XML, JavaScript, CSS, and web technologies in Odoo context
• Strong analytical capability and excellent drafting and reporting skills
• Capacity to work in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
• Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Languages: English (fluent), French (desirable)

Job Description:

• Lead the identification and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions to manage business needs covering administrative matters: HR, finance, contracts, logistics, real estate, and fleet management
• Lead the preparation of architectural vision and elaboration for Odoo implementations
• Development and enhancement of Odoo architecture and custom modules
• Analysis of organisational structures and mapping to Odoo business processes
• Analysis of information systems portfolio and integration requirements
• Analysis of enterprise business processes and workflow optimisation
• Corporate data flow analysis and migration strategies
• Cost/benefits analysis for Odoo implementations
• Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members
• Provide technical guidance on Odoo customisation, module development, and system integrations
