Odoo Consultant

We're working with a leading client in Belgium who is looking to hire an experienced Odoo Senior Consultant. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with customers to design, configure and deliver Odoo solutions.

The ideal background is Odoo with finance or accounting exposure, but the client is open-minded. Strong ERP consultants who want to move into Odoo are also very welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations across multiple modules

• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions

• Configure and customise Odoo to meet client requirements

• Advise customers on best practice, particularly around finance and accounting flows

• Support junior consultants and act as a subject-matter expert

• Collaborate with internal technical teams where needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Odoo or solid ERP consulting experience with a clear interest in moving to Odoo

• Dutch speaking (professional working proficiency)

• Based in Belgium

• Experience in functional consulting, solution design or ERP implementation

• Good understanding of business processes

• Finance and accounting knowledge is a strong plus, but not mandatory

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a consulting environment

• Exposure to accounting, invoicing, reporting or financial modules

• Experience working directly with end clients
