Job Description

Cleaning supervisor required to work for an education establishment in the Birmingham area.

Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards.
Allocate daily tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Provide training for new staff and ongoing guidance for the team.
Carry out performance reviews and address any issues professionally.

Hours: Monday-Friday - 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
