️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Lead OCM strategy blueprinting for ERP Cloud transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact analysis and support org design/future operating model.
• Drive engagement and communication planning with stakeholders.
• Develop training plans and ensure adoption assurance.
• Coordinate with global teams and manage project planning.
• Influence clients and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support customer relationship and risk management.
• Contribute to sales cycles with OCM value propositions and executive presentations.

WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE?

• ERP Cloud platforms (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics, Workday)
• OCM methodologies and best practices
• Project Management frameworks (PMP preferred)
• Communication and training planning tools
• Stakeholder engagement strategies
• Multicultural and multi-location collaboration tools

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: 20+ years overall, with 15+ in OCM for tech transformations
• At least 5 large-scale, multi-country ERP Cloud transformation projects
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
