• Coordinate and manage a caseload of clients with diverse and complex needs
• Support junior Occupational Therapists with challenging cases under the guidance of the Team Manager
• Serve as the primary contact for users, their carers, and families, while collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Accurately input and manage case information for effective monitoring and planning
• Deliver efficient and cost-effective health and social care services in line with established criteria and using available resources

Requirements
