What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments, focusing on Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs) and Moving & Handling evaluations.
- Provide supervision and support to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
- Offer duty cover as required within the team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and interventions.
- Travel within the community to conduct on-site assessments (a driving licence is essential).
Experience & Requirements:
- Previous experience in long-term Occupational Therapy teams.
- Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and commitment to patient care.
