What's the role?

The Front of House is where the magic happens. You'll make guests feel at home, deliver top notch service and leave them asking "When can I come back next?"

What will I do?

• Make every guest feel welcome by creating a friendly and vibey environment
• Give a warm and genuine welcome to all our guests and make them feel like at home
• Take and process orders efficiently, making every guest gets exactly what they need!
• Serve food and drinks (and vibes) to Afrikana quality standards, helping create a "I'm definitely coming back" experience
• Bring orders to the table and check in with our guests throughout their visit.
• Work with the team to keep all areas clean, organised and running smoothly
• Follow all health & safety, food hygiene and restaurant security procedures.
