Posted 6 days 4 hours ago by Pennard Vets
If you're a qualified veterinary nurse who's ready to take the next step, guide a team, and be part of something actually meaningful, this could be your moment.
We're looking for a Nursing Team Leader who's passionate about animal care, obsessed with good teamwork, and excited about shaping a positive, supportive clinic culture.
What You'll Be Doing- Help us take veterinary care to the next level - surrounded by a leadership team of "outside-the-box" thinkers
- See your own ideas be picked up and come to fruition
- Lead and mentor a brilliant team of veterinary nurses + animal care assistants
- Champion high standards in patient care and continuously improve how we do things
- Be encouraged to redefine workflows and bring your own ways of working to the team
- Communicate wildly and openly in all directions
- You will be encouraged to think outside the box, share innovative ideas and adapt confidently to change
- A workplace that actually cares about wellbeing
- Real opportunities to grow into leadership + management
- Access to CPD, courses, and leadership training
- Flexibility where it counts
- A team that has each other's backs (and shares way too many pet photos)
- Modern equipment + a clinic that invests in its people
- Love animals and people
- Always wanted a place to shine with your own ideas
- Are energised by making things work better
At Pennard Vets, every member of our team is an employee owner of the practice, committed to ensuring our service goes beyond the ordinary. We're creating an environment that looks after the people that look after the pets. We're 125 years old, and by operating in this way, we'll continue to grow for the next 125 years, and beyond.
