• Lead and mentor a brilliant team of veterinary nurses + animal care assistants
• Champion high standards in patient care and continuously improve how we do things
• Be encouraged to redefine workflows and bring your own ways of working to the team
• Communicate wildly and openly in all directions
• You will be encouraged to think outside the box, share innovative ideas and adapt confidently to change
