Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall management of residential services
• Lead and support nursing and care teams
• Ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance with HIQA standards
• Promote person centred care and resident wellbeing
• Support staff development, rostering, and quality improvement initiatives Requirements
  • Active NMBI registration
  • General Nursing qualification
  • Minimum 7 years post registration adult nursing experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and residential care regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Residential, community, or elderly care experience desirable
